Principal's Message

Mrs. O
Alameda School is a K-9 school located on Treaty 4 land in the town of Alameda, Saskatchewan. Alameda School provides education to approximately 81 students and employs around 11 staff (not including the SLP and the school counsellor). The school offers many extracurricular activities such as SRC, yearbook, cross country, golf, volleyball, basketball, badminton, track and field, and drama. Students transition from Alameda School to Oxbow Prairie Horizons School once they complete grade 9. Alameda, Saskatchewan is largely an agricultural community with deep roots in ranching and grain farming. The school serves as the town's hub and is well-supported by not just the school community but other members of the larger community as well.

Mission: Our mission is to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.
Vision: Our vision is education cocooned in a culture of excellence.

At Alameda School, we work continuously on our School Improvement Plan. Our goals are not only based on the academic growth of each and every student, but also on the mental health and well-being of our entire school community. All people are welcome here!
